Laboratory Information Technology Department Confidentiality Statement

As DOGU HVAC Climatic Test Laboratory, we commit to keeping customer information confidential in all services provided by our test laboratory in accordance with legal requirements and customer demands. In this context:

• All information and documents related to the customer are kept confidential,
• Analysis and test reports and their certificates are stored and backed up in the server system in a manner accessible only to authorized personnel,
• Access to the server system for analysis and test services is provided only to authorized personnel who can make necessary changes,
• We declare that we continuously fulfill the requirements of the confidentiality clause of the Quality Management System established in accordance with the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard.
