Laboratory Impartiality Statement

DOGU HVAC Climatic Test Laboratory declares that it is completely independent in reporting and certifying the results of analyses and tests. In this context:

• Equal and impartial service is provided to all customers applying for analysis and test services,
• The rules and documents to be adhered to are valid for all customers,
• There is no discrimination such as accelerating or slowing down services,
• A commitment has been obtained from personnel to avoid any activities that could adversely affect the suitability, independence, and impartiality of analysis and test services,
• Services are provided in an environment free from concerns of conflicts of interest,
• Risk analyses are conducted for the services provided, and continuous monitoring is carried out with measures against risks that could jeopardize impartiality,
• The impartiality requirements of the Laboratory Management System established in accordance with the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard are continuously fulfilled.
