DOGU HVAC, which has been involved in major projects across various industries with its energy-efficient ventilation solutions developed to meet the requirements of industrial facilities, was selected to supply its IGK Heat Recovery Units for the ventilation systems of the HAUS Makina A.S. factory.
IGK Heat Recovery Unit selected for the project transfers thermal energy from the exhaust air to the incoming fresh air through a plate heat exchanger, thereby providing pre-conditioning of the outdoor air. By simultaneously recovering energy that would otherwise be discharged to the atmosphere, the system contributes to reducing heating and cooling loads while supporting the maintenance of high indoor air quality through an energy-efficient ventilation approach.
In addition, IGK Heat Recovery Units are equipped with AC or EC plug fans, providing high-efficiency and low-noise operation. The speed controller supplied as standard allows the unit to operate at the required airflow rate according to actual ventilation demand. By combining heat recovery technology with efficient and quiet operation, the unit meets fresh air requirements while simultaneously supporting energy efficiency. Its controlled airflow also contributes to improving indoor air quality within the occupied space.
