Quality Principles: Confidentiality, Impartiality, Reliability, and Integrity
As DOGUHVAC Climatic Test Laboratory, we adhere to the principles of confidentiality, impartiality, reliability, integrity, and traceability in the services we provide in our test laboratory. We conduct our analysis services in compliance with national and international standards to meet customer demands.
Continuous Improvement and Training
Our quality policy aims for continuous technological and methodological improvements that are suitable for current conditions with the active participation of our trained personnel. In this context, we aim to:
- Use calibrated units with nationally and internationally recognized standard methods,
- Produce rapid and accurate analysis results with our experienced staff,
- Ensure customer and employee satisfaction,
- Operate in accordance with the “TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories” standard.
