HOME 360 Residential Rotary Heat Recovery Unit has been developed to provide healthy, comfortable, and energy-efficient ventilation for apartments, detached houses, villas, and residential buildings. Thanks to its high-efficiency rotary heat recovery technology, the unit recovers energy from the extract air and transfers it to the incoming outdoor air, significantly reducing ventilation-related energy losses.
Description
Materials and Application Features
HOME 360 simultaneously extracts stale indoor air and supplies fresh outdoor air to the occupied space. Both the outdoor air and extract air streams pass through the unit’s high-efficiency rotary heat recovery exchanger.
The continuously rotating wheel transfers thermal energy from the extract air stream to the incoming outdoor air, enabling highly efficient energy recovery. During winter operation, it contributes to preheating the cold outdoor air, while in summer it helps reduce the temperature of the incoming air, thereby supporting comfortable indoor conditions throughout the year.
High-efficiency EC fans deliver the required airflow with low energy consumption and quiet operation, while the filtration system helps remove dust, pollen, and other airborne particulates from the incoming outdoor air.
The optional electric pre-heater supports safe and efficient unit operation at low outdoor temperatures. The optional DPS (Differential Pressure Switch) monitors the pressure differential across the filter, allowing filter contamination and maintenance requirements to be identified.
Advanced Control System
The advanced control system continuously monitors and regulates fan and rotary wheel operating parameters, supporting stable, safe, and energy-efficient system performance.
Thanks to HOME 360’s dual-side service access design, the fans, rotary heat recovery exchanger, filters, and electrical panel can be accessed from either side of the unit. This enables faster and safer maintenance, servicing, and filter replacement.
