GLD Laminar Flow Ceiling Systems (Horizontal Filter Type) is designed to create laminar airflow over patients and operating room personnel, pushing existing air away and protecting the environment from bacteria, viruses, and microbes. This helps significantly reduce infection risks during surgery and accelerates patient recovery.

Description
Material and Usage Features:
GLD Laminar Flow Ceiling Systems (Horizontal Filter Type) is specially designed for human comfort. Research suggests that constant airflows exceeding 0.18-0.40 m/s can cause discomfort for individuals. High airflow speeds can reduce comfort for lying patients and make it difficult for the medical team to work efficiently. For surgeries lasting several hours, providing low-speed, unidirectional airflow is crucial for the comfort of the medical team. The GLD Laminar Flow Ceiling Systems (Horizontal Filter Type) consists of six main parts: casing, H14 aluminum casing, gel-sealed hepa filter, pendant box, laminator, and laminator frame.
Features:
- GLD Laminar Flow Ceiling Systems (Horizontal Filter Type) is used in operating rooms, intensive care units, and clean room standards in industrial facilities.
- Tested according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 clean room performance standards, achieving ISO 5/6/7 class.
- Every Laminar Flow Ceiling System is tested by us according to DIN 1946/4 with a “100% Leak Guarantee.”
- The system uses H14 gel-sealed HEPA filters with an efficiency of at least 99.995% according to EN 1822 standards, offering protection against harmful particles.
