Laboratory Confidentiality Statement

DOGU HVAC Climatic Test Laboratory is committed to keeping customer information confidential in all its services in accordance with legal requirements and customer demands. In this context:

• Customer information is not shared with third parties without written consent,
• Even when required by legal reasons, sharing will only occur in necessary cases,
• Analysis and test reports and their certificates are archived in a way that only authorized personnel can access them, and no other copies are provided without customer consent,
• All employees have signed confidentiality agreements to protect the confidentiality of analysis and test services,
• The Quality Management System established in accordance with the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard continuously meets and develops confidentiality requirements.
