DOGU HVAC continues to contribute to nature-friendly projects that prioritize high levels of comfort. In the Mesa Bodrum Demirbuku Hotel project, located amidst the stunning natural surroundings of Bodrum, indoor air quality was specially designed with ventilation solutions based on energy efficiency, aesthetics, and acoustic comfort principles.
As part of this prestigious project, Eurovent-certified RTER Rotary-Type Energy Recovery Units were selected to meet the fresh air needs of the building. With a heat recovery efficiency of up to 93% and advanced automation features, these units not only reduced energy consumption but also ensured uninterrupted comfort for hotel guests.
Alongside the heat/energy recovery systems, Eurovent-certified DKS Air Handling Units were also installed for the air conditioning of large indoor areas. These modular units, manufactured with project-specific automation systems and available in various airflow capacities, were fully compatible with the architectural structure of the hotel. Featuring free cooling and integrated with advanced heat recovery technologies, these systems played a key role in supporting the project’s sustainability goals.
In the hotel’s industrial kitchen, KEF Kitchen Exhaust Fans were implemented to effectively remove smoke, steam, and odors. These fans helped maintain both staff health and indoor air quality. With their grease-resistant structure and easy maintenance features, KEF units contributed to improved operational efficiency.
By delivering tailored engineering solutions for every project, DOGU HVAC once again fulfilled its commitment not only to ventilation but to enhancing overall quality of life. In prestigious projects like Mesa Bodrum Demirbuku Hotel, we continue to add value to the industry through eco-conscious technology, energy savings, silent operation, aesthetic harmony, and customer satisfaction.
