All HVAC systems used in the project have been specially designed and optimized in line with the hotel’s architectural structure, climate conditions, and the diverse needs of its functional areas.
The Eurovent-certified, automation-compatible DKS Air Handling Units, installed in the hotel’s general-use areas, stand out with their high indoor air quality performance, energy efficiency, and user-friendly design. Their modular structure and double-skinned galvanized casing enhance durability against harsh outdoor conditions, ensuring long-lasting and uninterrupted operation.
Integration with the Building Management System(BMS) allows for remote management and monitoring of the units, enhancing operational efficiency. With user-friendly access panels and modular internal components, maintenance processes are carried out quickly and easily. These features make DKS Air Handling Units a reliable and efficient solution for the continuous HVAC needs of the hospitality sector.
Within the scope of energy efficiency-focused solutions, IGK Series Heat Recovery Units were selected to recover up to 50% of the internal heat load by transferring heat from exhaust air via a plate type heat exchanger to the incoming fresh air. These units, equipped with cross-flow aluminum heat exchangers, low-noise fan technology, and a compact design, offer ideal solutions by saving both energy and space in this prestigious hotel project.
In the hotel’s kitchen area, the Kitchen Ecology Unit and KEF Kitchen Exhaust Fan were installed to effectively filter cooking-related odours, grease, and smoke. Working in full integration, these two systems capture airborne contaminants at the source and filter up to 99% of grease and odours. Equipped with electrostatic and carbon filter technology, the Kitchen Ecology Unit contributes to a hygienic, safe, and eco-friendly kitchen environment with its high purification efficiency. With a fully automated infrastructure, the systems are managed simultaneously and efficiently, ensuring both high indoor air quality and continuous operational reliability.
