Management Commitment to Confidentiality and Security
DOGU HVAC Climatic Test Laboratory is committed to keeping customer information confidential in all its services in accordance with legal requirements and customer demands. In this context:
- Customer information is not shared with third parties without written consent,
- Even when required by legal reasons, sharing will only occur in necessary cases,
- Analysis and test reports and their certificates are archived in a way that only authorized personnel can access them, and no other copies are provided without customer consent,
- All employees have signed confidentiality agreements to protect the confidentiality of analysis and test services,
- The Quality Management System established in accordance with the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard continuously meets and develops confidentiality requirements.
