Management Commitment to Full Independence and Equality
DOGU HVAC Climatic Test Laboratory declares that it is completely independent in reporting and certifying the results of analyses and tests. In this context:
- Equal and impartial service is provided to all customers applying for analysis and test services,
- The rules and documents to be adhered to are valid for all customers,
- There is no discrimination such as accelerating or slowing down services,
- A commitment has been obtained from personnel to avoid any activities that could adversely affect the suitability, independence, and impartiality of analysis and test services,
- Services are provided in an environment free from concerns of conflicts of interest,
- Risk analyses are conducted for the services provided, and continuous monitoring is carried out with measures against risks that could jeopardize impartiality,
- The impartiality requirements of the Laboratory Management System established in accordance with the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard are continuously fulfilled.
Our company emphasizes this statement as a commitment to management impartiality and clearly communicates it to all stakeholders.
