Dogu HVAC has further strengthened its international position by formalizing its membership in the European Ventilation Industry Association (EVIA), one of the most influential non-governmental organizations in the European ventilation sector. Based in Brussels, EVIA stands out as a key platform representing the ventilation industry at the European Union level, where sector perspectives are shared during the development of legislation focused on energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and sustainability.
Through this membership, DOGU HVAC gains the opportunity to take a more active role in the processes shaping European policies focused on sustainability, including the Ecodesign Directive for Energy-Related Products (ErP), the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD), and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), while also making a strategic contribution to the company’s 2028 vision.
Dogu HVAC aims to actively participate in the Non-Residential Ventilation, Residential Ventilation, Ventilation 2030, and Ecodesign Policy Group committees within EVIA, with the objective of contributing at a corporate level to initiatives shaping the future of the European HVAC sector.
With its good-technology approach and strong focus on sustainability, DOGU HVAC aligns closely with EVIA’s vision of “healthy indoor air quality” and “high-performance ventilation.” This membership represents not merely an association affiliation for the company, but a strategic and visionary collaboration that aligns with its long-term sectoral objectives. As the first and only company from Turkiye to be admitted to EVIA membership, DOGU HVAC takes pride in this achievement and continues to represent the country in the European HVAC arena while delivering added value to the industry.
During this process, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to the EVIA Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board Mr. Pierre Cruveillé and Secretary General Ms. Mihaela Nagy, for their support, guidance and valuable contributions in ensuring that the membership process progressed in a transparent, constructive and efficient manner. We believe that this collaboration, which strengthens Dogu HVAC’s position within the European ventilation sector, will continue to develop through projects that create mutual value in the period ahead.
