As part of our commitment to improving efficiency in business processes and minimizing waste within the company, DOGU HVAC organized a special training session for its employees. Titled “Lean Production Tools and Types of Waste,” the training was conducted in collaboration with the İzmir Model Factory Competence and Digital Transformation Center under the Lean Transformation Support program of KOSGEB. The event took place at Doğu İklimlendirme’s headquarters.
Led by Lean Transformation Specialist Ms. Irem Yavuz, the training focused on enhancing productivity in business processes and developing more effective production methods. Ms. Yavuz provided Doğu İklimlendirme employees with a fresh perspective on Lean Production, sharing detailed insights on eliminating inefficiencies, implementing lean production tools, and identifying types of waste. Employees gained valuable skills to better understand, evaluate, and improve their workflows.
With the knowledge and experience gained from this training DOGU HVAC aims to make lean transformation a sustainable part of its operations. We extend our gratitude to Senior Method Engineer Ms. Esra Karadag and Production Manager Mr. Ibrahim Calışkan for their contributions to this initiative, which will help the company take more effective and efficient steps in future projects and processes.
