At DOGU HVAC, implementing Lean Production practices remains one of our key initiatives to optimize business processes and improve workplace efficiency. As part of our Lean Production initiative, we have completed a portion of the training sessions and have already started applying them in practice. Recognizing the value of each employee’s contribution, the Kaizen Proposals submitted after the training were reviewed in a session held in the seminar hall of our factory at Izmir Tekeli ITOB Organized Industrial Zone, with the participation of our General Manager, Mr. Seckin Tuncer Erdogmus.

During the seminar, Mr. Erdogmus. emphasized the importance of these steps as exemplary actions to encourage participation and foster continuous improvement. He highlighted that valuing these proposals is a pivotal moment for enhancing business processes and assured employees of his continued support to motivate and empower them to take part in future projects with greater confidence.

To recognize and encourage these efforts, employees were presented with Kaizen Proposal Certificates, symbolizing the company’s commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and celebrating the meaningful contributions of its team members.
