Today, qualified human resources are considered the foundation of a successful workforce. Especially in the field of engineering, bringing young and talented individuals into the industry is critical for long-term success. In this context, DOGU HVAC has launched DOGU HVAC CLUB project to support engineering students, guide them in their professional lives, and promote the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly the Quality Education goal.
DOGU HVAC CLUB is a social responsibility project developed in 2022, based on our objective to promote quality education within the framework of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. This project aims to provide future young engineer candidates with sector-specific knowledge and experience, prepare them for the business world, familiarize them with the industry, and introduce them to the DOGU HVAC brand throughout their educational journey. Since its inception, our company has actively welcomed university and technical high school students to our factory as part of this project and has also participated in career events organized at universities, offering internship opportunities.
