The Gaziantep City Hospital, built under the Public-Private Partnership model, is Turkey’s fourth-largest healthcare investment project. Officially opened on June 15, 2023, this facility serves 18,000 patients daily from Gaziantep and surrounding provinces. Located in the Şahinbey district, the hospital spans 638,089 m² and includes units such as an Oncology Hospital, High-Security Forensic Psychiatry Center, Women and Children’s Hospital, IVF Center, Palliative Care, Intensive Care Units, and a Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center.
Dogu HVAC contributed to the project with locally produced equipment manufactured at its 32,000 m² facility in Izmir’s ITOB OSB. Products include anemostats for effective air distribution, GLD Horizontal Filter Laminar Flow Ceiling Systems for operating rooms, HEPA Filter Boxes, diffusers meeting hygiene standards, fire and smoke dampers, air control dampers, and decorative grille products.
The hospital also utilizes DOGU HVAC AHU Air Handling Units with automation and a plate heat recovery exchanger. Certified by TÜV SÜD and EUROVENT, these units meet EN 1886 standards and are designed for centralized HVAC systems, ensuring efficient and environmentally friendly operation.
