Material and Usage Features
The DMO Perforated Grille is a product used in intake and supply lines, adding a decorative look to spaces with its aesthetic design and ensuring homogeneous air distribution. The frame is made of 6063 extruded aluminum, and the perforated section is made of galvanized sheet metal. AISI 304 stainless steel is also available upon request.
Unless specified in the order, RAL 9010 and RAL 9016 electrostatic powder coating is used as standard for surface finishes. Other RAL colors, matt anodized finish, unpainted production, or stainless surface options are also available upon request.
The product, which stands out with its installation flexibility, can be easily installed with screw-mounted, clip-mounted, hole-less, and tile (suspended ceiling) compatible options. It meets various project needs with its 31 mm frame, clip-mounted frame, and stainless steel frame options.
The grille, which can be used in different flow rates and volumes with its wide size range, also provides advantages to the user with its low pressure loss, easy-to-clean structure and quiet operation.
