Description
Heat Recovery Process
In environments heated or cooled by air conditioning systems, the concentration of carbon dioxide and other harmful gases in the indoor air increases, leading to low-quality air. The exhausted air, carrying its heat load, passes through the plate heat exchanger of the CFHR/CFHR-S unit, conditioning the incoming fresh air. This process enables up to 94% heat recovery from the poor-quality indoor air that is expelled. The bypass damper provides a free-cooling function for the heat exchanger and freeze protection.

CFHR/CFHR-S Ceiling-Mounted Heat-Energy Recovery Units offer quiet operation and high efficiency with EC plug fans. The unit’s airflow can be adjusted in 3 stages using the speed switch that comes standard with the product, providing customized performance based on user needs.
