DMP Egg Crate Grille

DMP Egg Crate Grille is used in ventilation and air conditioning systems to extract air from the room and transfer it to concealed fan-coil units, split air conditioners, or VRV systems installed in suspended ceilings or ceiling spaces.

Description

Material and Usage Features:

DMP Egg Crate Grille consists of a casing and a group of blades. The slanted joint points of the outer frame are welded and polished to make the seams nearly invisible. The blade spacing is 12×12 mm, and due to its lower effective area compared to other grilles, it has a low-pressure loss. It performs effectively in both horizontal and vertical applications. The casing is made from specially extruded aluminum profiles, while the blades are made from aluminum sheets. DMP Egg Crate Grille offers two frame options with sizes of 22 mm and 32 mm. The mounting method can vary according to customer preferences, with options for screws, clips, grid ceiling, or clip-in ceiling mounting. The product is powder-coated in standard RAL 9010 and RAL 9016 colors and comes with screw mounting and a 32 mm frame size. It can be produced in other RAL colors or with a matte aluminum anodized finish for a metallic look, or in an unfinished, raw state. For airflow adjustment, an opposed blade damper is available and can be controlled with a special damper key. Unless otherwise specified, the DMP Egg Crate Grille is produced with standard features.
