The KITCHEN Ecology Unit provides a complete solution for kitchen ventilation with its five-stage filtration system, capable of eliminating odor and smoke with up to 99% efficiency.
DOGU HVAC has introduced the KITCHEN Ecology Unit, designed for industrial kitchens. This environmentally friendly product, addressing flue issues, was first showcased at the 2014 Istanbul Sodex Fair, where it received significant attention from restaurant, hotel, and shopping mall investors.
The unit features a five-stage filtration system, including a cyclone metal flame guard filter, pre-stage grease filter (GreaseStop), electrostatic filter, UV-C filter, and activated carbon filter. These filters effectively clean odor and smoke, achieving up to 99% efficiency. The cyclone metal filter, grease filter, and electrostatic filter are washable and easy to maintain, extending the lifespan of the activated carbon filter and significantly reducing replacement costs.
The unit is built with a 50 mm thick double-walled Eurovent-approved panel structure, insulated with rock wool to minimize noise and heat transfer. Its interior is made of AISI304 stainless steel, ensuring durability. The EC/DC motorized plug fan automatically adjusts speed based on filter dirt levels, preventing performance loss. Its low noise level makes it suitable for use in any environment.
Combining DOGU HVAC expertise in kitchen equipment and air handling unit production, the KITCHEN Ecology Unit is manufactured with an exhaust capacity ranging from 2,100 to 10,500 m³/h. It is available as a package or can be custom-made to meet specific needs.
This product offers an effective and eco-friendly solution for modern kitchen ventilation challenges.
