In the Elexus Hotel project, Eurovent-certified DKS Air Handling Units, whose performance and reliability comply with international standards, were preferred. This solution, which responds to all the requirements of centrally ventilated HVAC systems with a holistic approach, was optimized specifically for the project with its DX coil, complementary equipment and units. The systems provide homogeneous air distribution in large-volume and high-occupancy areas, while enhancing indoor air quality with their advanced filtration infrastructure and free cooling feature, and at the same time delivering a sustainable HVAC performance focused on energy efficiency.
Another solution preferred in the project, Four Seasons by DOGU VRF Outdoor Unit Systems, which operate in full compatibility with DX coil DKS Air Handling Units, together with the 4-way cassette type indoor units used within the system, provided homogeneous air distribution and elevated the comfort level within the space. Offering advanced technological solutions for building HVAC needs, the systems stood out with their performance. With their flexible structure adaptable to different projects, the systems provide uninterrupted and superior comfort in all seasons, while enabling ideal temperature balance in each area through precise zone-based control. In the kitchen and restaurant areas of the hotel, Eurovent-certified panel-type KITCHEN Ecology Units were preferred, offering up to 99% odor and grease removal efficiency along with low energy consumption, while KEF Kitchen Exhaust Fans, as complementary elements of the system, were designed to remove smoke, vapor and odors quickly and in a controlled manner, contributing to the safe and uninterrupted operation of kitchen processes. These integrated solutions elevated hygiene and safety standards while ensuring continuous clean airflow, creating a robust infrastructure that supports both employee comfort and operational safety.
