Material and Usage Features
DGK Transfer Grille consists of a casing and V-shaped blade group. The exterior frame is welded at the slanted joint points and polished to make the seams nearly invisible. The fixed V-blade structure blocks light transfer between rooms, providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The casing and blades are made from specially extruded aluminum profiles. Two different frame options are available with sizes of 22 mm and 32 mm. The mounting method can be either internal or external with screws, depending on customer needs. The product is electrostatically powder-coated in standard RAL 9010 and RAL 9016 colors and features an internal screw mounting with a 32 mm frame size. It can also be produced in other RAL colors or in an unfinished, raw state according to customer preferences. A dust filter can be added for environments where clean and hygienic air is required. Unless specified otherwise, the DGK Transfer Grille is produced with standard features.
