ACV Rectangular Constant Air Volume Unit’s (CAV) casing is made from galvanized steel sheet, with an AISI 304 stainless steel option available. The airflow rate can be easily adjusted on the device, balancing airflow between 20 Pa and 1000 Pa. All constant air volume devices are calibrated according to specified flow rates in the HVAC calibration laboratory, ensuring accurate performance. The device operates mechanically, requiring no power input, adjusting airflow to maintain the set volume based on pressure changes in the system. The product is designed for flange-mounted installation on prismatic ducts.
