DOGU HVAC attended Hostech by TUSID 2025 fair, held at the Istanbul TUYAP Exhibition and Congress Center between May 27–31, 2025. As Turkey’s largest and Europe’s second-largest trade fair in the field of hotel, restaurant, gastronomy, and industrial kitchen equipment, Hostech by TUSİD brought together leading companies of the industry.
At DOGU HVAC’s booth, the company showcased the SMOKE Smoke Washing Unit, the KITCHEN Ecology Unit, and for the first time, introduced the brand-new HWC High-Performance Washable and Water Mist Hood.
Among the highlights of the exhibition was the HWC High-Performance Washable and Water Mist Hood, a revolutionary system offering groundbreaking features in critical areas such as indoor air quality, energy efficiency, advanced filtration, fire safety, and hygiene. This new-generation hood delivers the same performance with 35% less exhaust airflow compared to traditional hoods, combining an eco-friendly approach with energy savings.
The HWC system stood out with features such as a UVC lamp module and water mist technology that improve indoor comfort, an AISI 204-grade stainless steel surface, an automatic washing system, and a horizontal air curtain — making it a user-friendly and highly engineered solution.
Another popular product at the fair, the SMOKE Smoke Washing Unit, effectively filters dense smoke, soot, and ash particles from the hood, significantly minimizing fire risk in the system. Produced with an airflow range of 3,000–10,000 m³/h, SMOKE Smoke Washing Unit features pressurized water washing technology and an automatic water replenishment system, offering a long-lasting and safe solution.
KITCHEN Ecology Unit was also a key attraction, developed as a specialized solution for restaurants,food courts of shopping malls, commercial kitchens facing flue gas issues. with various model options tailored to different types of operations based on grease, steam, and particulate intensity, the system contributes to goals such as clean air, low emissions, and seamless operation in industrial kitchens.
At Hostech by TUSID 2025, DOGU HVAC received significant attention not only for showcasing its products but also for establishing strong collaborations with industry professionals and promoting local engineering capabilities. Thanks to innovative products , domestic production power, and sustainable solutions, DOGU HVAC left a strong impression at the fair.
