DML Linear Grille

DML Linear Grille is used as a supply or exhaust grille in ventilation and air conditioning systems. It is one of the most preferred products due to its functional design and decorative appearance, fitting seamlessly into architectural spaces where fan-coils, convectors, and radiators are installed.

Description

Material and Usage Features:

The product is designed for both horizontal and vertical applications. When installed close to the ceiling (200-300 mm) in horizontal applications, it creates the Coanda effect, ensuring effective air distribution.  DML consists of two main parts: a casing and a group of fixed blades. After the welding of the outer frame’s slanted joint points, the product is polished to make the seams nearly invisible. Air is distributed at an angle depending on the blade structure, either with standard or inclined blades. The casing and blades are made from special extruded aluminum profiles. The product can also be manufactured with straight blades made of stainless steel. DML Linear Grille offers three different frame options with sizes of 16 mm, 22 mm, and 32 mm. The mounting method can be selected according to customer needs, with options for screws, clips, grid ceiling, or clip-in ceiling mounting. The product is powder-coated in standard RAL 9010 and RAL 9016 colors and comes with screw mounting and a 32 mm frame size. It can be produced in other RAL colors or with a matte aluminum anodized finish for a metallic look, or in an unfinished, raw state. For airflow adjustment, an opposed blade damper is available and can be controlled with a special damper key. Unless otherwise specified, the DML Linear Grille is produced with standard features.
