DMK Access Grille is used in ventilation and air conditioning systems to extract air from the room and transfer it to hidden fan-coil units, split air conditioners, or VRV systems installed in suspended ceilings or ceiling spaces.
Description
Material and Usage Features:
DMK Access Grille consists of a casing and blade group. The slanted joint points of the outer frame are welded and polished to make the seams nearly invisible. The blade spacing is 12×12 mm, and the cover with the blades can be opened and closed, offering practical use for the customer. Due to its lower effective area compared to other grilles, it has a low-pressure loss. It is recommended for horizontal applications. The casing is made from specially extruded aluminum profiles, and the blades are made from aluminum sheets. The DMK Access Grille is available with two frame options, 22 mm and 32 mm. It is mounted using internal screws, and options for grid ceiling and clip-in ceiling mounting are also available according to customer needs. The lock mechanism of the cover is available in latch and snap options. The product is powder-coated in standard RAL 9010 and RAL 9016 colors and comes with internal screw mounting and a 32 mm frame size. It can also be produced in other RAL colors or with a matte aluminum anodized finish for a metallic look, or in an unfinished, raw state. When used for air transfer in hidden units, it is recommended to have a dust filter. The product is manufactured with a filter as a standard feature unless otherwise specified.
