With a product range of over 180 items, DOGU HVAC continues to solidify its position as a leader in the HVAC sector by contributing to massive projects with its innovative values and dynamic workforce. One such project is the Darülaceze Social Services City, which began construction in 2022 in Istanbul’s Arnavutköy Yassıören neighborhood on a 150,000 m² area.
Designed in its first phase as a facility with 23 blocks and approximately 1,000 beds, the project includes a 320-person healthy elderly unit, a 274-person bedridden elderly unit, and a 154-person Alzheimer’s and dementia patient unit. The facility also features outpatient clinics for health checks, a nursery, rehabilitation centers, social centers, workshops, and a 500-person conference hall.
Under the supervision of the Ministry of Family and Social Services, the project is meticulously designed to cater to the needs of Darülaceze residents and children under protection. DOGU HVAC contributes to the project by providing its high-efficiency, energy-saving HVAC solutions, including the ECRH Rooftop Packaged Air Conditioning Units, IGK Ceiling-Type Heat Recovery Units, AHU Air Handling Units, and EN-certified Fire-Smoke Dampers along with ducting equipment.
