VKS Circular Shut – Off Damper is designed to provide complete air tightness or restriction of supply and exhaust airflow in ventilation duct systems.

Material and Usage Features:
The casing and blades of the VKS Circular Shut – Off Damper are made from galvanized steel sheet, with galvanized shafts. The casing and blades can also be made from stainless steel upon customer request. EPDM sealing gaskets are standard at the connection points to the duct. The damper blades are fitted with thermoplastic elastomer seals for air tightness according to DIN EN 1751.
Features:
- Blade air tightness Class 3 according to DIN EN 1751 in the closed position.
- Casing air tightness Class B according to DIN EN 1751.
- Maximum operating pressure is 1500 Pa.
- Operating temperature range: 10-50°C.
- The damper blades can be operated manually, with a servo motor, or with a spring-return servo motor.
- Standardly made from galvanized steel, with stainless steel options available upon request.
