To support the career development of our team, we provided 5S Training, a core Lean Production technique, to team leaders from our production and warehouse departments. Under the guidance of Mr. Cezmi Aytekin, the training aimed to teach participants how to identify and eliminate sources of waste in their work environments and create a quality workspace using the 5S methodology. The training included practical applications, and participants also engaged in the well-known “Numbers Game”, which demonstrated the benefits of time management and maintaining an organized workplace.
We aim to quickly put this training into practice to enhance the efficiency of our workspaces and maximize the benefits of 5S implementations.
