AN INTERNATIONAL REFERENCE FROM DOGU HVAC: THE DOGU IMPACT AT DELOITTE MALTA

Delloite Malta

DOGU HVAC took part in the Deloitte Digital Office project in Malta, implemented by Deloitte—one of the world’s leading audit, consulting, and technology firms—by supplying high-efficiency heat/energy recovery units. This prestigious global investment by Deloitte once again highlighted DOGU HVAC’s engineering expertise, internationally compliant product portfolio, and its role as a reliable solution partner.

Within the scope of the project, the CFHR-U Universal Type Counterflow Heat Recovery Unit, selected from DOGU HVAC’s heat/energy recovery product range, stood out with its unique patented design exclusively owned by DOGU HVAC and its flexible structure, perfectly aligned with the architectural and operational requirements of the Deloitte Digital Malta office. Offering three different mounting options, the unit enhanced on-site installation flexibility, while its right- and left-hand reversible service access provided significant advantages during maintenance and servicing operations.

Thanks to its high-performance heat recovery technology supporting energy efficiency, a balanced and healthy indoor air quality was achieved throughout the office. At the same time, the low-noise fan design ensured a comfortable working environment. The unit’s high-insulation casing, plug-and-play control system, and full compliance with ERP 2018 regulations were among the key features supporting both user comfort and operational and energy efficiency.

Another solution selected for the project was the CFHR-A Heat Recovery Unit, which attracted attention with its compact design, advanced smart control features, and high-efficiency technical infrastructure. Its control system, capable of automatically adapting to seasonal conditions, ensured continuous and balanced air circulation throughout the office. In addition, the EC plug fan technology and optimized airflow design delivered a quiet and comfortable working environment. While G4 panel filters are provided as standard on the supply air side, optional high-efficiency F7 filter options are also available based on project requirements. The control board supplied as standard allows precise airflow regulation at the desired capacity.

The counterflow heat recovery technology, 100% bypass damper, double-skin casing with 50 mm mineral wool insulation, and plug-and-play control system were among the core features supporting both energy efficiency and ease of operation. Furthermore, optional humidity and CO₂ sensors enable automatic monitoring of indoor air quality, while the integrated electric post-heater, fresh air intake and exhaust dampers, and bottom service access provide significant flexibility to meet diverse project requirements and simplify maintenance processes.
