How to Create a Service Request via ManageEngine
- Log in to the system using your portal credentials.
- Select the “Create New Request” section.
- Choose the appropriate category related to your malfunction, maintenance, or support need.
- Enter the required explanations and attach any relevant images.
- Click “Submit” to create your request.
- Your request will appear on the portal’s main dashboard, and its status will be updated in real time.
